This position will be responsible for processing vendor forms(W-9), invoices, and processing miscellaneous payments as well as general assistance to OCFS staff and providers with billing issues. Critical to the job is maintaining sound records to assure that key documents are present and available when needed. Some filing and scanning of documents as needed.

In office with some remote work from home and field work as needed.

The new Integrity rule requires sponsoring agencies to measure financial Viability, Capability, and Accountability (VCA) in our CACFP and SFSP Programs. This position will support these teams above due to federal rule changes. This person will also need to train us to use these tools. We want them to create tools for us to use to measure the viability, capability, and accountability of these programs in running Child Care facilities and Summer Food Service Programs.

Requirements
*Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
*Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office Programs
*Knowledge of audits and finance, as these new requirements will have us reviewing businesses financial documentation including taxes, bank statements, balance sheets, etc…
*Ability to effectively communicate in written formats
*Ability to work independently
*Knowledge of the USDA Child Nutrition Program preferred but not necessary.
